323 Ziebach St. has been a wonderful home for us. It is still a relatively new home (2001) that will service your family well.
Even though it is a city lot, it is relatively isolated. There are no houses directly to the south or west of the home. At the same time, it is in a growing neighborhood with lots of young children.
The home features a finished basement with three bedrooms (two non-conforming and one conforming), a large main room, and bathroom. The laundry room is off one of the non-conforming rooms.
The upstairs features a large kitchen/living room space with two bedrooms and a large bathroom.
The outside contains an excellent lawn, an underground sprinkling system, a fenced-in backyard, and extra parking space.
There was a new roof put on last year (2010).
The garage is an oversized one stall garage. Behind the garage there is a 100 square foot room for storage space or as a work room.
